A 12-hour tech summit with three content formats (keynote, panel, demo) had only two weeks of preparation. The brand needed production quality on par with international tech events but had to fit a hotel ballroom and a controlled budget.

What We Built
We focused on a single high-impact stage rather than multiple smaller setups. The LED backdrop carries branding throughout the day; side screens give attendees in the back clear visibility. Audio is compact line array — clean speech intelligibility for keynotes plus enough headroom for product demo videos.
